  16.      _u_s_e_r_n_a_m_e the ability to run all of the privileged commands in
  17.      /_v_a_r/_s_y_s_a_d_m/_p_r_i_v_b_i_n as if he or she were root.

  19.      For security reasons, privileges cannot be added for NIS accounts.  If
  20.      added to the database by hand, they will be ignored.

  22.      In order to run aaaaddddddddpppprrrriiiivvvvuuuusssseeeerrrr, you must either be running as root or you
  23.      must provide the ----aaaauuuutttthhhh _a_u_t_h-_s_c_h_e_m_e arguments and pass the authentication
  24.      test.  If _a_u_t_h-_s_c_h_e_m_e is uuuunnnniiiixxxx, then must you type the root password when
  25.      prompted in order to pass.

  27.      The ability to run _a_d_d_p_r_i_v_u_s_e_r is not itself a privilege.  root cannot
  28.      give other users the ability to add or remove privileges.
